Dear Fellow PowerWomen

A little over a year ago the three of us – Diane, Cecilia and Lidia – decided to join Tanuja to help her expand and formalise the network she founded when she joined Schneider in 2015. We are delighted to have contributed to this and to see that so many have joined the network and attended the events so far, and hope the momentum will continue.

However, during the course of the year it has also become evident that the four of us have rather different views on how best to facilitate the network and its further growth. As you can imagine, there are no right or wrong answers in these situations, but each of us has to make a choice about what we can commit to based on our overall work and life situation. In light of this, the three of us have decided to step down as directors of the PowerWomen Network, effective immediately.

We will continue as members and look forward to staying in touch and seeing you at the forthcoming events.
